Says setup cannot continue. Close all programs and try again. I've done that innumerable times and it will go to 91% but no further -- then same msg. while AV or other software is loaded and these prevent the ability of the setup process to upgrade dlls, and consequently installations fail or are incomplete.

XP Failed Again!!
Trying to digest all of the info. And btw.....Willy did install XP on a separate 80 gig HD.....it crashed after 20 minutes......and kept on crashing. Nothing major showed up in the Upgrade Advisor....Mike saw the report and it was just some programs that had to be removed, basically. But I will run it again.
